Backorders: Byers & Butler will not charge shipping on backordered items, i.e. regularly stocked items that are not in stock when your order is placed. Your backorder will be shipped FREE freight when the out of stock product arrives and is shipped to you.

Future orders: If you order NEW product from Byers & Butler that is not in stock as marked on the website, it will ship to you when it comes in as a separate shipment. Standard shipping charges will apply.
